A Bit About Me.
A Bit About Me.
I specialize in designing and analyzing behavior change interventions via quantitative methodology, and instructing graduate courses to teach others to do the same using best-practice recommendations.
While much of my research revolves around digital behavior change interventions (DBCIs) for weight management, I am interested in creating recommendations which may be applicable to DBCIs for most health outcomes. Our lives are only becoming more saturated with digital programs, so it is imperative for me to create evidence-based recommendations to help the most people get the most benefit from these programs. In terms of topic areas, my expertise and interest focuses on: DBCIs, implementation science, depression and other mental health characteristics young adult cancer survivors, LGBTQIA+ health, adressing disparities for the public health, meta analysis, military health, and rural health, as I am a first-generation graduate from a frontier rural background.
I'm always happy to chat about research and analyses, so don't hesitate to email me if you have any questions or want to connect. If I don't know the answer to your question, I will try to connect you with someone who will.

I am a self-proclaimed nerd with an avid interest in horror media and tabletop roleplaying games (TTRPGs).
Halloween is my favorite holiday of the year, and I rewatch the Lord of the Rings extended editions every winter. I am also a staunch believer that autumn is objectively the best season of the year, and am happiest in cold, grey, rainy weather.
I've also been recording and producing podcasts for the past 2 years now, and am always happy to chat about audio editing (Reaper is my preferred DAW) or podcast recording equipment and advice!
